Mr. Yuji Yoshida was born in the year of 1953 in Kyushu, Japan. He graduated from one of the most reputable Cooking School in Japan - TSUJI Culinary School.

Post graduation, he devoted 23 years of his career inventing Classic French-Japanese Fusion while serving as Executive Chef in various French restaurants - such as Daiwa Resort Corporation, which is the biggest hotel in West of Japan, and Queen Alice, which is one of the most famous French restaurants in Japan.

During Mr. Yuji Yoshida's 8 years as the Executive Chef at Queen Alice, he orchestrated high-end French-Japanese fusion and catered banquets in all scales. Most importantly, during his career at Queen Alice, Mr. Yuji Yoshida had the honor of collaborating with Mr. Yutaka Ishinabe, who is the Grand Chef of Queen Alice and also known as the famous "Iron Chef" of Japan and Australia.

After making several sincere invitations, Villa Air Bali is proud to introduce Mr. Yuji Yoshida as our new Chef at "Restaurant Mata Air of Villa Air Bali" to orchestrate gourmet cuisine in effort to best parallel our catering quality with the comfort and quality that we strive to provide to our valued quests.
